Q1: How many colors do you have?
A: There are 15 colors on the color swatch for you to choose from, and they are very popular and hot selling colors. If you can't find certain colors you are looking for, please contact us, we have more colors available.
Q2: Can I order a sample before I place an order?
A: Yes, you can order a sample to see the quality before you place an order.
Sample lead time is 5-7 days if fabric is in stock. We usually use express to send samples. It takes 3-5 days to most countries.
Q3: What is the production lead time?
A:Normally it's 7-15 days, depending on the quantity of your order.
Q4: What is your shipping method and shipping time?
A: Express courier like DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, EMS/ By air port to port/ By sea port to port, all of them are acceptable. Agent can be appointed by clients.
Q5: How do you pack?
A: For faux fur garments, we usually put several pieces in one compressed bag, and then put bags in a carton box. In this way we can save shipping cost for our customers. Please let us know if you need another way to pack.
