1.Can we get free samples?

Yes,you can.Our samples are free,only need you support express cost. If you confirm the first order,that the sample express cost we will return back to you.

2.What surface handing can you support?

We can provide engraving,decal,silk screen,frost,spray any Pantone color,or customized. 

3.Do you accept customized order?

Yes,welcome OEM order,we can arrange opening the mould for according to customer’s requirement.

4.How do you packing to protect the goods?

For samples,deliver by international express companies,we use double master carton.

For mass products, glass bottle: inside with hard paper line separation,outside five layers standard export carton;or by standard export pallet,or any packing ways as customer request.

Cap and other accessories: five layers export stardard carton.

5.How do you control the quality?

We do 3 times leakage test before packing.

6.What is the normal deliver time?

For stock products,we will send the goods to you within 3days after receiving your payment;

For surface handing products, we will deliver the goods to you within 7~10days after receiving your payment;

For products we never manufactured,we can open the mould if needed,we will deliver the goods to you about 30~40days after receiving your payment;

7.If any defective bottle,how do you deal with?

We have 1:1 replacement for the defective bottle.
