Uses and characteristics:

1.This machine is mainly used for tape-edging mattress panels. 

2.The characteristics: the sewing head is fixed and the operator no need to move around the mattress. 

3.The sewing head can go up and down to adapt different thickness of mattresses and tilting of sewing head is adjustable. 

4.The worktable adopts conveyor to drive mattress for sewing. 

5.When one side is finished, this machine can turn 90° automatically to sew another side. The sewing of corner is finished while turning. 

6.When the top four sides are finished taping, it can auto flip the mattress to sew the other four sides.

7. Fully automatic makes working efficiency much higher and less labor
