A1:  We located in  Second Floor, No. 102, Hengsha Road, Hengjiang Village, Yanbu, Dali Town,Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China (Mainland)

Q2: Could I order the product as my required size and color ?

A2: Yes , we accepted the OEM if the quantity up to our require and we will not start to make the products untill you confirm the sample.

Q3: When and how can I receive item after made payment of  balance ?          

A3: Normally,we will send it by DHL,UPS,FEDEX ,TNT and  it takes about 3~5  days arrive.   

Q4: I still have not received the item after 5 days,what should I do? 

A4: Maybe your address is not scope  DHL,UPS,FEDEX ,TNT , If you still haven't received it by then,pls contact us by TM or email ,we’ll call them and solve the problem.

Q5: I received the item in broken,what should I do? 

A5:Every item before shipping is well inspected, though we packed well, it still can't be avoid because of rough handling by shipping worker. In this case, please contact us and let me know how many quantity in broken, please email us, we will resend to you with your next order.  All your products will be made by skilled labor.  And we have professional QC to check  the prodcuts .
