Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

** We are a company of combination industry and trade. Besides, we are cooperating closely with two domestic sock factories to meet variety of demands.

Q2. What is your OEM service procedures?

** Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples.

** Making counter sample within 2-3 days. (sample fee required and will be back after the order)

** After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production.

Q3. What is your MOQ?

For custom jacquardsocks, our MOQ is 2000-3000 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy the quantity you need.

For 3D digital printed socks, our MOQ is just 1000 pairs, can do mixed designs, maxium 4 designs.

For compression socks, our custom MOQ is 500 pairs.

For yoga socks, our custom MOQ is 1000 pairs per color per style.

Q4. How about your sample fee and sample time.

**  If we have the socks in stock, one similar sample can be sent to you with freight collect.

** If you need your own design or we have no socks in stock, it takes $ 50/style/color/size with freight collect according to your requirements. But it is refundable after order taken.

** Use the available yarn in maket, Sample time is about 2-3 days after design confirmed.

Q5: How about your company's quality control

** We have a professional QA & QC team, checking the materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instrusting the packing, ect.

** We also accept a third-party company designated by you to fully check your orders.

Q6: What are your payment terms?

** We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Credit Card, MoneyGram,Paypal, Cash etc.

Q7: What about the lead time for bulk production?

** It depends on the sock style and order quantity, while, normally, the lead time of MOQ orders will be 15-30 days after the payment.
