1.What is your MOQ?

  Usually our MOQ is 3000 pcs. 

  But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 

2.Can I Get samples?

  Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free,if you need custom sample with your own design,it's also ok.

3.How long is the lead time of the samples?

  For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free.

  If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether need new priting screen, etc. 

4.How long is the production lead time?

  It usually takes 30 days for MOQ.

  We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

  We have our own designer in house.Both JPG, AI,CDR or PDF are all ok.

  We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.

6.How many colors are available?

  Pantone colors. Tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match it.

7.What is your payment term?
