Super-hard Material Grinding Machine is specially designed, based on the previous Jet Mill, according to the physical features and processing requirements of diamonds: to reduce over-ground powder and enhance the rate of finished products.

3. With total dry processing, one finished production obtains diamond powder with better particle size distribution;
4. Our original External End Face Sealing Technology (ipatent for invention) achieves narrow particle size distribution without oversized particles;
5. Capacity of shaping particles;
6. Multi-use of one machine due to alterable and compact structure and this machine can be used as classifier alone;
7. Reasonable flow filed design and wear-resistance greatly decrease tool wear and prolong its service life;
8. Fully enclosed way of feeding reduces the loss of materials;
9. Totally sealed negative pressure operation, no contamination;
10. Easy handling and low noise emission (≤70dBA).
