The use and type of a soft vernier caliper (hereinafter referred to as soft caliper).


1 soft caliper external card: it is suitable for measuring the length and dimension of external dimensions and outer diameters, such as concrete pipes, PCCP pipes, drainpipes, water pipes, tiles and so on. The structure is shown as shown in Figure 1.


2 soft caliper inside and outside card: suitable for internal and external dimensions, internal diameter and outer diameter measurement, such as (concrete pipe, PCCP pipe, drain pipe, water supply pipe, tile and so on). The structure is shown in Figure three.


Two the structure of the soft caliper:

It is mainly composed of: 1. a flexible ruler body, 2. cursors, 3. fixed measuring paws, 4. sliding measuring paws and 5. fastening devices.

Three main technical parameters of soft vernier caliper

The minimum scale of the soft ruler body is 1mm, the minimum scale of the ruler is 0.02mm, 0.05mm; the measurement range is 2m, 3M, 4m, 5m, and (also can be customized according to the customer's requirements), measuring the claw length card 25-30mm, and other parameters reference table.

The system has the advantages of stable accuracy, simple structure, convenient operation, light weight, small volume, convenient carrying, transportation and storage, and low cost, and is especially suitable for field measurement.
