Q1:What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)? 

A: 1 pcs per model.

Q2:How much do I need to pay for your OEM service? 

A: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order qty over 500pcs.

The OEM cost is already included in our prices.  

Q3: Do you offer samples? 

A: Yes, samples are available. Please just kindly let us know your request (Send inquiry below now) ,

we will manufacture and deliver samples ASAP.

Q4:What’s the leading time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?) 

A:1-2days for sample orders. 3-7days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

Q5:How will you deliver my goods to me? 

A:We always ship by air and sea. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as

DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers get their goods rapidly.

Q6:  How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive? 

A:5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation. 

Q7:Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products? 

A:Yes, of course. OEM service is the most important part of our trade purpose.

Q8: Can you customize and design products for us?

A:Yes. We have a professional R&D team including optics engineers who are proficient in DIALUX design,

structural engineers who are proficient in CAD, PR/E design and heat dissipation treatment,

and electronic engineers who are proficient in PCB design and electrical design of drivers.
