I. Product Application

QM9220 is a zinc-free high-grade general purpose gear oil compound, which is refined from a variety of sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additives, rust-proof, corrosion inhibitors and other additives. IV. Packaging, Storage and Use

(1) Storage temperature should be - 10 ~40 ~C, with a validity period of three years.

(2) The composite agent is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. It should avoid light and moisture and prevent direct contact with human body.

(3) The packaging, labeling, transportation, storage and acceptance of the product shall comply with the SH0164 standard.

(4) Adding 0-20*10-6 (relative oil) anti-foaming additives to intermediate or paraffin base oils with different viscosities, mixing them evenly at 65-75 C, adding QM9220 gear oil composite additives at 75-85 C according to the internal addition method, mixing them for more than 3 hours to be uniform and transparent.

5. Storage and transportation of products

This product is stored, loaded, unloaded and adjusted according to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 C. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. It is the same as general petroleum products in safety, environmental protection and use without special protection.
