The series finger joint cutter is special for building timber, door frame, roof beam, roof eaves, and other wood material for construction.

Usually it nees longer joint to ensure safe and tight joining, thicker cutter body to bear the strong impact force, the special design blade angle to protect blade which may be damaged by concrete/nail in wood.

We have various sizes for choosing.

1. Body material is 65Mn, HRC 40~42.

2. The tipped blade selects internal fine particle alloy.

3. All CNC equipments process, which ensures product side jump & diameter jump error within +-0.02mm.

4. Every finger joint cutter is processed by high-precision balancing equipment to ensure that the balance tollerance is <0.5g.mm/ kg.
