Supply rubber ring sealing ring, outer diameter ruler, high quality O ring measuring ruler, flexible outer diameter ruler.

Flexible ruler (O type circle ruler) (Patent No. 200530098419)

One purpose: flexible ruler is used to precisely measure the average inner diameter or outer diameter of the O ring and the rubber sealing ring.

Two structure: it is made up of only one soft material. The two ends are respectively a ruler and a ruler. The minimum scale value of the main ruler is 0.5mm, and the minimum scale value is 0.05mm. (as shown in Figure 1)

Three methods of use:

(1) internal diameter measurement:

1: first, seal rings on any platform or glass panel.

2: circle the flexible ruler into less than the inner diameter of the tested sealing ring, and put it in the sealed ring at the same time.

3: push the flexible ruler by hand and extend its circumference to fit the inner wall of the tested sealing ring.

4: the cursor principle is used to read the inner diameter of the sealing ring. (as shown in Figure two)

(two) measurement of outer diameter:

1: first, seal rings on any platform or glass panel.

2: ring the flexible ruler into a circle larger than the outer diameter of the tested sealing ring, and at the same time set it outside the measured sealing ring (pay the ruler close to the outer wall).

3: push the flexible ruler by hand and narrow its circumference to fit the outer wall of the sealing ring.

4: the cursor principle reading (reading value minus 0.2mm), that is, the measured sealing ring diameter. (as shown in Figure three)

Matters needing attention

1 the ruler should not be placed in the ground so as not to distort the damage; 2 after the measurement, the ruler will be sent oil to preserve it; 3 do not mix with corrosive substances; 4 do not mix with the hard material.
