The 3 sets furnaces supply raw material for our 20 production lines, 10 of them producing various jars and bottles, while the other 10 producing various cups and bowls. and the total capacity comes to be 300mts per day.

FAQ

1.     Can I get free samples?

Yes. We will send samples to you if you can accept our price.

2.     What’s deep processing / further processing you can supply?

We can supply printing, silk-screen, frosting, decoration, letting, polishing etc. We can embossed your logo or pattern on jar’s body.

3.     Do you accept Customized order?

Yes, we can produce products as client’s sample or drawing. And if you like our ready-made design and just want to embossed your logo on it, we can do also.

4.    What is the lead time?

1). For new mould and sampels before mass production, we need about 15-20 days after receiving mould charge, and then 15-20 days for mass production after getting your confirmation of samples.

2). For stock products, if your have no special requirements on packing, then we need about 1 day after receiving your deposit.

3). For mass production with ready-made mould, we need about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit.

4). If you need deep processing, then the lead time will due to the complexity of the processes.

5.     Method of shipping

We can ship the goods by sea or by air or by international express ( such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX etc. ). You can select the the method you like.

6.     Mould charge will return back or not?

Yes, we will return back your mould charge if your order quantity reach 200000-500000 pieces ( the quantity depends on the size and weight of bottle )

7.     Trade Terms

We accept FOB, CFR, CIF etc.

8.     Payment Terms

30% invoice value as deposit in advance, and the balance will be paid before shipment.

9.     Can I visit your factory?

Yes, of course. Welcome clients and friends of the world to our factory, our door is always open to clients.
