Weighing Controller for overload measurement

QSY7718B weighing controller collected the data from the weighing sensor, ground coil, wheel and axle identifier, piezoelectric traffic sensors, temperature sensors, and then processed into a complete vehicle information and weighing information, such as axle, shaft, wheelbase, axle weight, axle weight, total weight, surface pressure, over-limit rate, speed, temperature, etc., and then upload these data to the host.

Features

1.The controller can collect the traffic data of each traffic models, the number of shaft, the single axle load, axial group weight, the gross vehicle weight and the distance between shaft, total wheelbase, the length of the car, speed, driving direction, driving time and other traffic data, and have higher ability to recognize the vehicles move; And it has higher recognition ability for vehicle movement.

2.The controller have the function of automatic recovery if power outages, the recovery time is less than 10 seconds, and the failure information can be sent to the outside through the information interface when the fault occurs;

3.Easy to install and debug, the failure rate is low.

4.With the function of data caching, the driving data can be stored for about half a year.
