Surface difference ruler

Instructions：


1. before using, adjust the zero position, unlock the fastening screw, move the ruler frame smoothly, make 0 points on the ruler frame, aim at 0 point of the main ruler of the surface difference ruler, and the needle type measuring rod head and the face difference side are on the same plane, and the lock is tightly fixed.


2. when measuring, the side of the face difference (right angle) side (right angle section) is placed on the high surface of the measured part to be pressed by the finger and perpendicular to the bottom surface, loosens the fastening nail, adjusts the ruler frame and adjusts the needle measuring rod at the same time, and moves it to the plane or point to be measured, and the lock is tightly fixed to read the measurement results.


3. after the measurement is completed, the ruler frame is placed in the zero position, the lock is firmly fixed, and the face difference ruler is placed in the box.


Matters needing attention


1. do not expose the surface scale to dust and damp environment.


2. move the ruler frame to be balanced, and prevent falling or collision.
