Tungsten carbide seal ring be used mainly for waste water pump, water discharge pump for the mines, centrifugal pump, centrifuge, slag slurry pump and slurry pump in the adverse working conditions of high speed rotation, sand flush abrasion and corrosion. The seal-ring will be installed on the pump body and rotating axle, and forms through the end face of the rotating and static ring a liquid or gas seal.

4. One of main reasons for using tungsten Carbide is the additional wear resistance that can be achieved in both moving and static parts.This is particular the case in serve service conditions, such as high temperature,and high levels of corrosion and abrasion.

Packaging Details:

 Safe packing without damage: 

  Step 1:We use white paper and plastic film to convolve the seal rings 

  Step 2:Use thick PE foam to wrap it with packing tape 

  Step 3: Put it in to small box, then go into big case with blowing agent or PE foam. 

  Step 4: We will choose different safe packing way to pack the seal ring depends on dimension. 

 Our normal case size is 50x40x30cm, 40x30x20cm, 30x30x20cm
