Flame Retardant Glass Cloth Sheet

D328 F-class Halogen-free Flame-resistant High Strength Glass Cloth Base Rigid Laminated Sheet consists of woven glass cloth impregnated and bonded with halogen-free resin, laminated under high temperature and pressure. The woven glass cloth shall be alkali-free.

The sheets keep a stable mechanical strength at elevated temperature, possessing halogen-free flame-resistant properties. It also gained UL certificate for its good performance. It is intended for electrical motors (F-class) or electrical equipments as insulating structural components or parts, which has flame resistance requirement.

1. Performance Requirements for Sheets

 1.1 Appearance

    The surface of sheet shall be flat and smooth, free of air bubbles, wrinkles and cracks and reasonably free of other small imperfections such as scratches, dents. The edge of sheet shall be tidy and be free of delaminations or cracks. The color shall be substantially uniform, but a few stains are permissible.
