Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

2) Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?

Yes! We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

3) Can you help me to find the product which I cann't find on your website?

4) Logo can i have my own logo to be desingned on bottles?

Yes. of course, we can do silk screen printing, hot stamping, transfer sticker. Please provide us files in PDF or Al format for sampling and production. If you need your logo to be engraved on bottles, we have to open a new exclusive mold.

5) What's your packing method?

FHLove provide standard export carton packing to make sure safety delivery. We also accept the special packing method according to customer's design

6) When can I get the price? 

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority. 

7) How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production and test them ,after sample approved, we will begin massproduction. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

8) How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-10 workdays.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

9) Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?

We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting design from customers.

10) What will you do if we received defective bottles?

We Promised that we will replace 1:1 at first time.
