2. Dosing
Our workers will compound the materials in a scientific proportion, and each component is well examined and tested to ensure the quality.

3. Bottle Shaping 
 The whole processes adopt advanced smelting system, every step is computer-operated, which makes little false and ensures safety, stability and quality. It assures the good accomplishment of bottle shaping.

4. Color styles
When the bottle is made, it is sent to spray paint. We introduced high technology and adopted advanced spraying equipments.  All colors can be customized. 

5-6. Decal & Roast
The part of decal requires full attention, our workers of decoration pay attention to every detail. And then the bottles with decals would be in roasting step, which dries the decals and makes the decal deeply stick to the bottle.

7. Packing
The bottles will be well-packed in carton. There are 4*6, 5*6, 5*7 types, which is as per customers' requirement.

8. Loading & carring
We load the products to container carrier truck. The well-stacked cases assure a good stability and safety.
