We use plastic bags for packing to save the shipping cost, you can contact us if you have any special requirement for packing.

Shipping.

For sample orders or small quantity orders, we use DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex for shipping. We will let you know the shipping method we gonna use when confirm order details with you.

For bulk orders, shipping method will be decided by negotiation.

1.Do you accept low MOQ orders?

Yes. We accept orders for even 1 piece.

2. Can i get a sample before order?

Yes, we have free sample if you just want to learn about our workmanship. Shipping cost on your expense. 

If you want specific design as sample, then we can offer you sample price when required.

3. How long does it take from placing a order to receiving the item? Do you accept rush order? How long does rush order take?

Usually process time for orders is 15-25 days include dress tailor time and shipping time. (January-March orders exceptional).

Rush order service is available, may charge extra $10-$30. The specific process time for rush order varies from designs. Please contact us first if you want your dress urgently.

4.Deposit for payment accept ?

For small order, need full payment before production , 30% -- 70% deposit for large amount orders , please contact service for more details.

5. Do you accept Customer Labei?

Yes. Please send us the labels first if you want us to add them on your dress.

6.Plus size dresses available ?

Yes, we can make dresses in any size you want, for some style you might need to pay extra $10-$30 due to extra lace needed.

7. How can i pay for orders?

We accept T/T, Western Union, pay pal. Credit card etc.

8. Can you make my own design?

Yes , we can make your design. We can make dresses according to sample dress or your sketch. Please feel free to contact ouor customer service if you have more questions.
