Sructure feature:

1.The WQN series full head sewage submersible pump consists of two parts of the submersible three-phase asynchronous motor

and the sewage pump, the motor is directly connected with the lower pump body, and there is an alloy mechanical sealing device

in the middle. It can effectively prevent the exchange between the coolant in the motor and the pumping water.

Ensure the long-term reliable operation of the pump.

2. The motor winding is nylon protective sheath polyethylene waterproof electromagnetic wire. The motor adopts copper sleeve

bearing to ensure the long-term stable operation of the pump.

3. The water pump is centrifugal or swirl structure, used for pumping sewage and high lift water supply and drainage.The large

flow pump is a double flow path free of blockage or mixed flow structure.It is used in the sewage circulation of coal washing plant

and irrigation water.

4.The design of electric pump is fully considered without plugging this problem, so that the impurities of the particles are good.

Working conditions:

1. Pump medium: Contains solid, fibrous, dirty, sticky, and slippery liquids.

PH: 4-10  Medium temperature: less than 40C  

Medium density: less than 1150kg/m3   Medium viscosity: 1000cp

2. The diameter of solid particles in water is no more than 10mm.

3. The volume of solid particles in the conveying medium is less than 4%.

4.Power supply: 50HZ, 380V.  Allowable deviation 5%.

5.The diving depth of the electric pump should not be greater than 5 meters.Electric pump out of water more than 0.5 m

do not fall into the mud.
