Product Overview

Our company's polypropylene powder products are produced by batch liquid phase bulk method. This product is milky white, odorless and non-toxic. Its melting point is 164-167 C, the hot deformation temperature is greater than 114 C, the melting index range is 0.10-50g/min or according to customer requirements.

The density of polypropylene powder is 0.90-0.91g/cm3, which is the lightest resin in common use. It has excellent mechanical properties, good heat resistance and easy to be processed and formed. It has excellent water stability and hardly absorbs water. Its temperature range is - 30-110 C. It also has excellent electrical insulation and chemical stability, and has no effect on contact with most chemicals. Contact with fuming sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, halogen, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, etc. has corrosion effect.

Product use

Polypropylene powder is thermoplastic and easy to be processed. It can be used for injection, blow, extrusion and other methods to produce various building materials, household appliances and electrical components and other industrial or civil plastic products. Mainly used in the production of polypropylene woven bags, packing belts and other products.

Packaging, storage and transportation

The product is packed in plastic woven bags covered with film or according to user's requirements. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

Intermittent liquid bulk polypropylene powder is a non-hazardous substance. It is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools such as hooks in the process of transportation and handling, and never throw them. When transporting, do not expose to sunlight or rain. It should not be mixed with pollutants or combustible or corrosive goods.

Polypropylene powder should be stored in a well ventilated, dry, clean warehouse equipped with fire fighting facilities. Storage should be away from heat sources, prevent direct sunlight exposure, and prohibit stacking in the open air.
