Flame Retardant Black Polyester Film

Sichuan Dongfang Insulating Material Co., Ltd., make common and flame retardant (VTM_0, VTM-2) black polyester film. D250, D253 and DFD250B are biaxial oriented black polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film through melting, casting and stretching.

Type D250 ------ Appearance is glossy.

Type D253 ------ Appearance is matte.

Type DFD250---Flame retardant, VTM-2 and VTM-0 are available

1. Appearance

  The film is supplied in rolls. Its surface should be flat and smooth, and should be free of defects such as wrinkles, avulsions, particulate matter, blisters, pinholes and contaminations. Edges of rolls should be tidy and clean.

2. Dimension

 2.1 Thickness and Tolerance: Recommended nominal thickness as following:

    50um,75um, 100um, 125um, 188um, 250um.

    50um~100um Tolerance +/-5%

    >100um~250um Tolerance +/-4%

    Special requirements for thickness could be settled upon negotiation.

 2.2 Numbers of splice and minimum length: No splice in a roll.
