shipping method option

1. For parts  order we recommend delivery by DHL /FedEx /TNT Express for fast and high efficiency with shipping. 2 - 5 days differential based on your ship-to location

2. For mobility scooter  shipping by sea is recommended for low freight cost 20-30days differential based on your ship-to location.

Notes: With EXW term buyer should bear all expenses and insurance after goods departed from factory . When goods be sent to reciver they must check packing list and take pictures before and after open boxes to get proof with courier with signture if any parts missing or damages .

As a seller we are responsible for the delivery to forwarder, but we can help buyer to ask for compensation from forwarder or express company if you can provide us evidence.

Warranty time: 12 months for mobility scooter. During this period, if some parts are broken ordefective,we will send you free parts for replacing by express immediately

After-sales fees and damaged parts instructions:

i. We will bear the cost of unit production time and spare parts which are still in warranty;

 ii. New spare parts’ warranty can last 3 more months in the original warranty time if the original parts need to be repaired or replaced but have been beyond the warranty.
