Production process
Cutting
Here cutting the whole mdf board into pieces, which are 1",1-1/2",2", 2-2/8",3-1/4", 3-3/4", 3-7/8",4", 4-5/8",5",5-1/8",6", etc. based on the clients' requirement.
With full-automatic cutting, we could cut about 3000~5000pieces per day by one machine.
Drying
With Semi-Automatic drying machine, we finished the fisrt step of coating and sanding here.
With no more stay, the second coating starts, which is almost half work of the moulding.
Machining
After cutting into pieces, we machining into different model according to the design pictures. Usually surface 3 side, some time surface 4 side. which is also called S3S, S4S.
It take two peolpe to finish this work, could machine about 1000~2000 pieces per day.
Work done
Final mouldings come out then. They are very beautiful and good quality. What to do is packaging and sent to our cleints.
Gesso coating and sanding
When finished the machining, the surface is very glossy. It is easy to do gesso coating.
Here, we do the the coating and sanding and drying by one time. and send to darying part directly.
Painting&Lacquered
For better performance, we do the last step here, lacquered with waterproof paint. and drying again.
