3) during the cleaning process, the temperature of the cleaning liquid should always be kept in the temperature range of 25~35 degrees C.

4) the flow of cleaning should be recommended by the film manufacturer or the drug supplier. In addition, the large and small volume of the flow and the length of the soaking time should be determined according to the pollution type and pollution degree of the membrane elements. Without the recommended value, the technical engineer of the ExLen can give guidance according to the actual situation of the system.

5) for the system with more serious pollution, it is best to consult the technical engineer of ExLen in the cleaning process to get better cleaning scheme.

6) multi segment RO system, preferably each section should be cleaned separately to get the maximum effect. If the lotion is cloudy or the pH value exceeds the recommended range, a lotion or a supplementary cleaning agent should be reprepared. The system must be washed with RO water before reinvesting.
