6023 Flame Retardant Polyester Film

  6023 flame retardant polyester film is a biaxial oriented film through melting, casting and stretching. This film has excellent flame-resistant property and less toxic when burning through adopting environmental protecting flame retardant. 6023 has been certified by UL laboratory, and its flame retardance is 94VTM-2. It has gained SGS certificate in accordance with the RoHS Directives.

  6023 has good electrical insulating properties, physical and mechanical properties, dimensional stability and flame retardance. The film is applicable for electrical insulation of flame retardant electric motors and electric apparatus.

Technical requirements:

 Appearance: The film is supplied in rolls. Its surface should be flat and smooth, and should be free of defects such as wrinkles, avulsions, particulate matter, blisters, pinholes and contaminations. Edges of rolls should be tidy and clean.

Thickness and Tolerance:

 Recommended nominal thickness as following:

  50um, 75um, 100um 125um, 150um, 188um, 250um, 350um

  ≤100um Tolerance +/-5%

  100um~300um Tolerance +/-4%

  ≥300um Tolerance +/-6%

  1.3 Diameter, width and allowed deviation of roll

Nominal width: 500mm & 1000mm.

Special requirements for width can be settled upon negotiation between sellers and buyers. The film can be supplied in tape.
