3. On wrong products, we would return you money if it is our fault that we made wrong color, wrong size or other mistakes. Please kindly tell us if there is any question when you receive your order. We would solve them for you in 72 hours.

4. On returning products, please contact us first before sending items back. We don't accept returning without contact us. Besides, we just accept returning standard size dresses in perfect and brand new condition.(No smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alternations). Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt date.
